*nods* Spike is right: Buffy trusted Angel with the gem (and he decided to destroy it) but she doesn't Spike. That must have hurt... ~ Otherwise: Loved the update. I don't know the show so thanks for the explanation.

i really liked the thought process buffy had with wanting to be spike's friend and how she was afraid to lose that. I think that's completely understandable and frightening to think that things might change, or are changing. Great job :)

YESSSSSS!!!!! I liked the Dream, but i LOVED the sexy Breakfast. The Gem opens up a whole World of possibilities. They gonna live in a House, right?. Does it have a Garden, a pool and are they gonna have hot and wet monkey-sex in said pool? :) In broad Daylight, with lots of Cameras filming them, the Scoobies seeing it and Xander almost getting a Heart-attack? ;)

Very nice touch-- the room service, that is. I'm really digging this story. Once or twice you mix verb tenses of past and present, and I know that is also something I tend to do. Overall, you do a very good job of capturing the essence of Spike--Yummy!

Author's Response: Thanks for letting me know about my tenses. I realized that I did that a lot with the first story I wrote but I'm trying to get better. I think I've improved a little but I still tend to slip up. I'll try to keep an even better eye on it. I'm so glad you are diggin the story. Thanks for reviewing!

Author's Response: OMG! I loooved Moonlighting! I was only 6 or 7 when it first aired but I watched it from beginning to end!! It's funny to think back on how young I was while I was watching it though.

I thought first your story was totally AU, but we have the Slayer and her Master-Vampire here. This sounds interesting :) Hehe.. now Buffy and Spike have to show what they can By convincing the television audience that you two are hopelessly in love. :)
