An interesting surprise with Anya, and a mystery is always fun. There's no way that that's going to help Dawn's relationship with Spike, though. Love the story, very well done.

Of course, everyone blames Willow.

It does seem alot more realistic that Buffy wouldn't just jump in his arms and start making out. The steady, more detailed approach is better. I'm enjoy this, and you seem to have the scooby interractions down pretty well.

Very well done, and very interesting so far. That had to be startling, Spike's trials not being over. They certainly ask alot of a vamp, don't they?

Delighted to see an update of this witty, entertaining story. The Spike and Giles friction was a delightfully funny read, right up to Giles' reveal that he knows all about Spike's attack on Buffy. The smile was expertly wiped off my face. I'm intrigued by "the slim figure" eavesdropping on the core gang, it could be anyone in the house! Thanks for the update.

It doesn't sound as if Buffy's try to hide (the books) will function (bring the result she wants). It's never that easy..

Ummm what's the word I'm looking for again? Oh that's right. WOW. I've never been a fan of fics set after Buffy & Spike got together in season 6 because of how ugly it got. I also hadn't believed anyone could write a piece that was set post season 7 (or as I call it 'the-season-where-I-learned-that-Buffy-was-truly-hollow-and-no-longer-someone-I-could-relate-to') which could hold my interest. Can't say how pleased I am to be wrong. Your characters feel right, accurate even, as they're still carrying recognisable character traits but you've also given them some new idiosyncracies. It's only to be expected of people who've lived, lost and experienced all they have so yeah, good job on that. Oh and your writing style makes for enjoyable reading. It lends itself to creating some great visuals anyway. I'll be waiting eagerly for your next update.

Yeah, apparently Kennedy doesn't know Willow so good like she thinks. ~ Giles really doesn't like Spike at last it seems so. Maybe there's a bit of jealousy too because Spike still had what Giles has left behind. Oh, and neither Giles nor Willow noticed that Spike is alive. Hehe, the conversation around Buffy dating two vampires and the watcher handbook and Kennedy knowing nothing was fun. ~ And yet Giles isn't happy that Spike is back. I wonder if he, Giles, will cause something. And the end of the chapter seems to show that Giles is right. Well we'll have to wait and see, right? That's nothing that Spike would normally do, endanger Dawn.

Seems as if Giles has enough of Kennedy *gg* ~ So Spike was brought back because of the deal he had with the demon when he got his soul... and he still doesn't believe that Buffy loves him. Oh I see.. he believed her.
hehe.. Giles thought at once Willow brought Spike back :-D

Andrew and his "morbid fear of not being fed in a timely fashion." That's brilliant, and Giles blaming Willow for Spike being her. The whole story, segmented into each characters lives and their views on situations, seing both sides, it's wonderful. I love it and am looking forward to more.

The ghost was Spike! And now Andrew has fainted *gg* ~ Willow isn't happy but doesn't know (don't have the courage) to change it. ~ Spike found Buffy already! I hope she is happy now to have him back. ~ And it seems that Xander has his own ghost: Anya.

Spike is human now? If he is as weak as he were as a human, than the life he used to live is dangerous now.
And Buffy isn't happy with her life; she misses Spike and has regrets. And a good memory of Giles trying to kill Spike. ~ And now Andrew saw a ghost? ~ Love the different POVs here so far; and the begin of the story :)
