ohhhhh my heart is just breaking for the both them. So much to take in. Gods reading the peoms again,must of been a horror for him. Glad Giles was there to help out. wonderful chapter as always.

Oh, the pair of them. So very sad. Their place has to be together. And I love Giles doing his very best to be an unobstrusive shoulder to lean on. Marvelous chapter.

Ahhhhh parting is such sweet sorrow. GODS that was heartwrenching. I feel for them both, I hope somehow this can get fixed,but the powers are the powers and they can be tricky. Great chapter.

Ah.. some sweet loving. But Buffy noticed (knows now) that Spike finished his manuscript *sniffle* and now she has to go. Too bad she couldn't stay for the rest of the month but it is logical that she is called home again.
And Buffy is so worried about Spike that he went to Giles to talk to him, to have him support Spike when she is gone. She really loves Spike *sigh* too bad she had to go.
I feel for them both.. I wonder how much they will cope with everything now. Will Spike be able (still be able) to write? Can Buffy be a muse again or are her feelings for Spike stronger, distracting her? Looking forward to find out.

Such a sad but necessary chapter. I was so touched by Buffy's going to Giles to explain things, and make sure that Spike was taken care of. She couldn't tell him goodbye, but she also didn't leave without a word, either. By saying goodbye by proxy, Spike will hopefully know that her thoughts were of nothing but her love for him when she left.

I'm really interested to see what comes in future chapters to allow Buffy to overcome her fear of leaving her "purpose" behind for happieness in the human world.

i knew it would be hard for buffy to leave and i don't blame her for not sayin' goodbye to him. i know i wouldnt' be able to either. loved it sooo much. spike seems soooo sad. make it better please. loved it soooo much. more soon.

Oh my. I knew that finished manuscript could not be a good sign for their love. And to sneak out on him, never letting him know she was going. Poor Spike, how could his heart not shatter. I do hope they figure this out soon. I still love the chapter, regardless of angst, even anticipated angst, but I do hope they find their true destiny.
