addie that chapter had everything. at first i laughed my head off then it went all serious. but i feel for buffy you have truly got somehting here the sene in the cemitary with how mortal life must seem to an immortal was wonderful. looking forward to the next chapter by the way the transition of moods flowed verry well.

OOOOHHHHHHHAAAAAAA !!! That chapter was steamy hot even with out actual sex. Then it moved to sweetness and patience laced with understanding and acceptance. Then it moved to thought provoking once in the cemetary. Very intense chapter. She has to give up the eternity in the file room for this adorable Spike of yours ... I mean come on ... is there really a choice here (does she have some great dental plan with her job that we don't know about??) kidding. Well, love and lust for Spike aside, I can't imagine that she anticipated that feeling before. I must say that's a pretty heavy feeling, too. And taking such care to make memories with Spike for an eternity, how very tragic. For their sake, I hope she considers a different line of work. But no happy ending is as fulfilling without a bit of angst on the journey. Lovely.

I am enjoying your story, I think that Buffy will feel the need to "live" as Spike will want her always. I like that she is starting to have doubts about what her time in existance has been. And can anyone think of a better reason to give up immortality than Spike?? I rest my case. Great chapter and thanks

You seem to be pretty good about giving us happy endings, (eventually) so I have to say I'm pretty excited about the turn this fic has taken. I am such a sucker for "Buffy's first time with Spike" fics - sounds like this one's gonna be right up my alley. :-D

I'm really enjoying this fic. This light, perky Buffy is quite fun. And of course the tension between them is incredible but that's part of what keeps us coming back for more! Great read.

I'm just amazed that Anya's a virgin! I wonder what she'd choose if she were in Buffy's position?
