Riley is really ill. Good that Spike (the cops) know about him now. He was able to get away what he did long enough because nobody expected him to do it.

Hello! I've been reading this story since the begining, but this is my first time reviewing *sorry about that* . I love the way you write Buffy and Spike and your plot is really creative.

This chapter was great, but two things grabbed my attention:

"Riley chuckled and the sound chilled Buffy to the bone."

and

“I’m going to Maine!” Riley screamed and Buffy felt his passion tear through her body with force, causing her to jump. "

But no worries, I enjoyed the chapter anyway. :)

PHEW ... although I have a little tingley voice saying that they aren't out of the woods yet.

Great writing ... fast paced, full of suspense and yet nice continuity. I had it all pictured in my head (except where that stray bullet went).

Hooray! Riley's in custody. Perhaps the wanker can get brutally murdered while in jail awaiting trial thus relieving Buffy of ever having to relive any of this via testimony. And of course Spike and Buffy need to have some sweet spuffy-loving to work out the tension of the past few weeks. More please (cause I really hope you aren't leaving it there).

THEY CAUGHT THAT BASTARD!!!! im so happy that spike and the rest of the police caught riley and he didnt have a chance to hurt anyone. i love this story so much and am so happy u update so quickly. i really hope that buffy and spike are happy now and that theyre safe now. also i hope that riley gets locked away for life and that everything works out. please update as soon as u can, i cant wait to read more. thanx

I know everyone likes to make Angel the crazy one in fics (because, well, he was Angelus who is prety nutso) but making Riley the insane one really can be fun....and you've done it really, really well--nice and subtle, but then full blown crazy man-so it was really fun to read as well. Great update and I do hope it's actually safe for them now :) Though you didn't do a new, new, new one yet ;)
