Yay!!! Happy chapter. Singing in the street and dancing in the rain! So romantic! And the phone conversation was perfect, from telling her mother she was falling in love to cementing her future. Can't wait for the final chapters!

I'm entranced by this story. What a beautiful way to fall in love.

It's also good to know that I'm not the only person who has random songs playing in my head only to realise they compliment the situation I'm in....

I really liked this story for a few reasons.
1. The musical accompaniment is great, and I liked it so much that I made my own one shot to a song by the Smashing Pumpkins. You've been credited for your influence, FYI.

2. Very cute, very relatable which makes it personal, which makes it better.

Love this story, it's so cute!!!

Buffy waiting, nerves a tremble, thinking about him, giving him cool points for calling his own cell to talk to her. So insecure, but hopeful.

Spike running, thinking he could die, but he can't stop, he just runs harder and faster. Trying to be cool, not understanding why she ran away, telling her he's crazy about her.

Great chapter, full of fun images. :)

I can't praise this chapter enough. The scene where Spike comes into the coffe shop is written so well I could see it playing out before me. The dialogue has just the right amount of self-conscious humour to avoid sappiness whilst still being utterly heart-warming.

Despite being music-obseesseed, as a rule I don't like "song-fic"; but this is entirely different and the soundtrack fits in beautifully . The light hearted stuff, the serious moments, the heat of the sex scene earlier: they are all written so well.

I shall miss this story when it's done.
