Loved the closing scene between Spike and Buffy at the end of the chapter. Fantastic update as always!

I've been getting downright horible about reviewing lately with all the craziness around her--I'm sorry about that because I most certainly do not want it seeming like I'm not absolutely loving your updates :) You know I love all of your fics (even your B/A/S ones while I don't like Angel much) but I think that the characters in this one might be either the most devoloped or they're more complex....or something that just makes them incredibly real and interesting and...human. They're not these things that you have to say 'well they did that because they're ficticious things' they do things that people would actually do for reasons they would do them....and its starting to sound like I don't think your other fics were the same which isn't what I mean...I think this one just does it more so...or something (see this is why I haven't been reviewing , I read too late then I make no sense). Great story and wonderful update :)

I totally identified with buffy during her little speech. i want that exact kind of love that buffy was going on about in this chapter and sometimes i feel stupid for wanting it. i mean, in this day and age does that kind of love even exist? is it a complete waste of time to long for love like that? I'm such an idealist. i mean, i believe in love that consumes and takes you over completely that you're just covered in it. it's terrifying and passionate. it's not perfect but it's.....right. some people think i'm crazy for wanting a love like that; i'm so picky but i won't settle for anything less than that. it doesn't have to be perfect but it has to be right and i think that's how buffy wants to be loved and to love someone else.

i just ramble on, don't i??? lol. great job. loved it soooo much. glad buffy and spike are getting along. please post soon.

- I think that is by far one of the best things that I've ever read. And it hits so close to home right now that its unbeleivalbe. Something has been bothering me the past few days and I hadn't been able to put words to it, but you just did.

loved it!!!!!!!!! again, spike is trying! i'm glad he and xander are friends again! think spike needed that kind of support so it's good that xander is back in the mix. wonder how the 'wife' is gonna take spike's absence! is this gonna get more angst-y before it turns into fluff??? guess i'll find out. post soon. great job!!!

I enjoyed Spike's conversations with Xander and Buffy, and Buffy's musings about Spike were really interesting. Can't wait to find out what happens when Cicely realizes Spike has moved out. Great chapter!

William's taking a biiig step here, albeit one that Cecily has yet to discover, and he's in desperate need of friends. Xander's going to be important to him, but I do hope he doesn't lean on/pressure Buffy too much.

Buffy will be very vulnerable herself post-natal. Her hormones will affect her emotional and logical thought processes.... really not the greatest time to have the man of her dreams come back into her life.

And he is right (Xander I mean): Spike decided to go when Cecily wasn't home. My first thought exactly. But I'm sure Cecily will have her scene later.. she won't let him go without a fight. Not because she wants him, just because she is being left behind. And what people will say. I wonder anyway if Spike will find a new job soon or if his FiL has the power he, his FiL and Cecily, thinks he has.
And he next thing William did was calling Buffy. He wants to include her in his life and I think he is willing to work for it. ~ Loved the update. Looking forward if Buffy will like the new apartment now too.

Can't wait to see what the wife says when she gets home from shopping. Oh no.
