I was intrigued by the title, because I liked the movie of the same name, and I liked your summary. It is a very promising first attempt and first chapter. I don't know if this is beta'd or not, but there are just a few typos and gender confusion of pronouns that would make it looked a little more polished if tweaked. Great job-- keep those chapters coming!
