depressing - but in the good way? lol. I adore your writing style. I love the line "The familiar emptiness so common after her resurrection the previous year began to seep into her chest." I"m not entirly sure why - but it was just perfect for the scene and portrayed what I think you wanted to convey as Buffy's loss. Very perfect. I really can't wait to read more. I love this story.

Good chapter, very moving and very sad. Good thing too was your A/N at the end of it that this isn't the end *deep sigh*. Even if she could acknowledge now that she loves Spike that doesn't console her. Buffy seems to slip into the darkness, welcome it.

OMG I was so angry at your last chapter than i saw your A/N
at the end and although i'm still upset there's still hope.
I hope you keep the Angel interaction or rather interference lite, and reunite our couple soon . Still loving this fic and especially your writing, til next time (soon right?)

I like the part Buffy finally admitted to love Spike without reservation but we are missing some very important stuffs. Spike willingness to sacrifice himself for Buffy (or prove the others) by getting a soul or his changes.. and his sacrifice for the world. It just that these are very big changes were eliminated. Instead he was forced by Willow to have a soul and Willow was one of those last to get out from the hellmouth. Spike.. a minor role. Other than that, those old chapters are really great! Great jobs, just the end where Spike role was downplay.

Author's Response: This story isn't canon, without rewriting the episodes the exactly the way there were I could not achieve everything that happened in the show. I changed the plot, if I hadn't it would have been the same as the show. lol Spike's role is not minor in the least :D
