Ben again.....hmmmmm......

Saying goes, momma's baby daddy's maybe....is Ben going to make a stink when he finds out about Emma....will he even suspect the baby is his......cause two years/or more is a long time to not contact the woman you feels deserved your love and not her no good husband......I wonder if Joyce knows about Elizabeth's little afair...hmmmmm.

And who is Ben calling a slut....he had an affair with a married woman.....or so impilies him......

Ben is really a bastard. And not very clever, to say cruel AND stupid things like:

"You’re nothing compared to her. You don’t even deserve to have the same face as Elizabeth."

Even if Ben was in love with Elizabeth, I seriously doubt she was in love with him.

As Spike told Buffy, all had happened fast with Elizabeth: marriage, having their own home... And I can't help myself to think that Elizabeth was a little too... idealistic. According to Buffy's memories, Elizabeth had her life all planned, even when she was 14 years old: mariage with a "wealthy man", who would do everything for her, children... But it's impossible to plan everything in life. And when difficulties had happened (and difficulties always happen), Elizabeth may have felt lost. And may have made a mistake. She felt sad, lonely (yeah I know, not an excuse) and Ben was here.

But even if she was involved with Ben, at the end, she chose William. I mean, she could have left town with Ben, left William, ask divorce. But she decided to stay with William, and they even had Emma!

Ben seems decided to see Elizabeth as "the most perfect woman in this world ". Maybe because he is not so blind and know, deeply in himself, the truth. She was a kind and wonderful woman, yes, but she was a woman, a human being. And human being is not perfect.

Wake up, Ben,?

Author's Response: You're absolutely right about all of that. More will be explained about Ben and Elizabeth, this isn't the last we've seen of him. Ben has a lot of issues, which I will address later on. I enjoyed reading your review. It shows that you're really getting into the story. Thanks for reading=)

Wow! Twins, I can totally understand why Buffy was feeling a bit overwhelmed when she found out. It's a shame that jerk Ben ruined Buffy and William's night out. Can't wait to find outwhat happens next. Fantastic chapter!

Ohhhh Buffy knows that she is pregnant.. and I guess she didn't tell Spike till now. No, she didn't.
Mmmm Spike fears to loose Buffy more than anything. I hope Buffy could reassure him now enough that he won't loose her (yet that is something she can't influence when she gets ill). But I don't think the same will happen twice. And now Spike feels better :)
I wonder what will happen next!

Mm they taking the next step, making it officially that Buffy isn't the nanny anymore, she is his girlfriend. Though I guess when Buffy is out, working, they need someone looking after Emma. But it seems Spike was there or he couldn't have witnesses her walking. Awe, Buffy confessed her love and vice versa :-D
And is Emma getting a sibling now? Using no protection can lead to it :)
Loved the chapter, looking forward to see what they'll do now.
