I'm not surprised, once a skanky bitch, always a skanky bitch. That's why I never bought the whole redeemed from crazy bitch act of Faith's on the show.
I was so glad that she didn't get a spin off as Faith the Vampire Slayer.
Okay, I've vented.
I hope Spike clears things up soon.

Completely perfect chapter. I know we'll find out in time why Spike is so damaged and how Buffy is some sort of a mafia princess, but for now we know all we need to for this brilliant story to work.

This was such a tender yet powerful chapter ... great writing.

Well ... I am coming out of the wood work, or should I say website, to finally leave a review. I have been faithfullly following this story and I was really liking it. After that last chapter ... I am REALLY LOVING IT.

You know what you are doing with this plot and with these characters and this story is very believable. Are you sure you didn't spend time in a gang?? Each character is so well developed and so well put to use in the story. Spike is very complex (isn't he always) but so perfectly suited for Buffy and vice versa. I love what you are doing with her chaacter and I am sure that you have much more to reveal as the story unfolds. I don't see why he feels she deserves so much better than him seeing where she comes from (mom being such a mess). I am sure you'll get into that later.

Great story, great character development, love everything about it.

I've now delurked and will be leaving reviews ... I am officially hooked and a fan.
