Just found this story and read it through this chapter. Just when I thought I might be able to get into it even with the subject matter, Spike pulls this crap. Remembering beating up somebody, but not taking his supposed love's virginity? I feel for Buffy. There will never be anything Spike can ever do to make this up to her. If he doesn't remember when he first sees her at breakfast, I hope Buffy kicks his ass and starts dating this Jacob.

Spike not only has a problem with bourbon but numerous trust issues which force him to be an ass sometimes out of a belief of self perservation. Once again, thanks for the review

He takes Buffy's virginity and tells her he loves her and then doesn't remember it? But he remembers beating up Riley? Seriously disliking Spike at this moment. There will be nothing he can do to make it up to Buffy by not even remember her first time.

are you kidding me!!!??? spike forgot what happened last night?? he forgot what he and buffy did together??!!!! how could he??? wow. that really sucks. hopefully he remembers and makes it up to buffy. she doesn't know that he doesn't remember but when she finds out, i imagine she's gonna be pissed. loved it. great job.

noooo... he doesn't remember. and I can't tell if this Jacob is innocent or not... she likes him right away but then it implies he's sort of hoping to get her from spike? HUM... can't wait to see.

wow! Today was a crappy day for me but I got home a few minutes ago and I saw you had posted two chapters, thanks!! you made my day! I knew Riley was going to try something. So he's a spy. I'm glad Spike and Angel figured it out soon enough to prevent a rape.
