Hi, welcome back :)
At last Riley got convinced not to stake Spike. He sounded as if he would enjoy that / not mind doing that.
Now I hope that getting the chip out will change things for Buffy for the better. And that nothing will happen to Spike during the operation.

I can't wait until the next installation of this story, it has been fabulous. I started all over from the beginning today, and love it just as much this time as the last.

Finally! Spike figures out the connection between the spell and how Buffy feels. I hope they'll find a way to get the chip out (and that this will hopefully make Buffy better) :)
