Questioning Buffy left her with more questions herself. She doesn't suspect somebody being there. *still wonders who it was; Liam had enough enemies.*
So when both confess the murder, Buffy and Spike, is it possible that Spike gets in trouble for lying for hindrance of justice? I can't find the proper translation.
Wow, Liam was able to use the phone after Buffy shot him. Too bad she can't prove the time when she shot Liam / went to Spike (or can she?). I think she took her own car, not a taxi. Too bad.
Mmm a company cell phone. So the killing can be business related. ~ And an office romance seems to start, huh? :)
Oh and that's the translation I think: hindering charge.
In a way Buffy and Spike are too cute, the way they want to make the other feel better / protect the other. And in a way it's tragic: Spike's try to save Buffy made her feel bad. ~ Looking forward to the next part. :)

Hm, so Liam was alive when Buffy left. Did he hit his head when Buffy started shooting? That's my suspicion.

I know they're minor characters in this story, but I love Gunn and Fred; they're just so adorable. I think you've captured their personalities and integrated them into the story well.

I think it will be interesting to see what happens when Buffy and Spike are reunited. Looking forward to all of it, of course, but I'll be curious to see if they're mad at each other for confessing...

So very many twists and turns. And clearly someone else is involved in this whole thing. And Fred and Gunn are flirting. I like seeing a bit of that. They don't appear in all too many stories here, especially in the "breakfast at diners" phase. And Buffy's confession is out there. Hopefully we get somewhere... and they printed the phone. Gotta make sure our couple didn't use it. Really, really loving this story, the whole forensic science-murder mystery thing is my other love. Please, update soon!

Yay!! Spike's free now!!! Unfortunately Buffy isn't though. Did Spike's mom kill Angelus? It seems like Lindsey knows more than he should be or is revealing. Is he and Darla somehow in on it? Hopefully Buffy doesn't remain in jail for long. Is Spike gonna be able to visit her? I can't wait to find out what'll happen next!!!
