And she does have options outside this house - there are plenty of women's shelters that will take you in when you have nothing, especially when you're running from abuse. And they'd train her for a good job she could support herself with, too, and help with the legal stuff so Liam can't touch her anymore. It's about time she stops wallowing......she's too young for it.

I cannot tell you how excited I was when I saw you updated! I love this story, it has a unique plot and the way you tell it is just addictive. Although I miss William (poor little dear!) I'm very intrigued by the appearance of Spike. I can't wait to see where you take this! :)

i don't feel for Buffy at all. The things that she said to Spike before he left were just mean. Things always come back to bite you in the ass ten times harder.

My heart really breaks for both Buffy and Spike in this chapter. They are just both so wounded and emotionally unhealthy, their first meeting in private couldn't have really gone much differently. There's so much guilt, pain, anger and shame between them - it will be a very hard and long road for them to heal individually and as a couple. But I don't doubt that that's where you'll have us eventually, so I for one am going to sit back and enjoy the journey.
