Buffy is still very young, and Angel is a lot older than her. I guess with him around she have to act / be more mature, doesn't have the opportunity to be 'young and careless' for once, in the sense of having fun.
Oh yeah, and how Buffy likes to flirt with William.

Maybe that was what made Buffy impressible for William, being sexual frustrated?
I wonder why Buffy is doing nothing: It's not that she would be welcome to do her old job, but isn't there a job she could take or is it Liam that wants her to be 'his wife only', a trophy for him?
Liam doesn't know what's going on (like knowing Buffy).

Considering her ramping up of the flirtation at the beginning (stepmom's foot + stepson's penis = bad idea), I was actually glad to see Buffy tell William that being in her bedroom with them both underdressed was not a good idea. I want to see them get together, of course! But I think I would feel more sympathetic to Buffy if giving into her desire for William wasn't just because she's immature and needs to keep having male attention even though she's married now. It's funny because while part of me feels protective towards William, another part thinks that he's already more mature than Buffy is.

I'm really intersted to see how things develop now that Liam's revealed his temper. Like William brought up in a previous chapter, Buffy is completely dependent on Liam financially - it'll be interesting to see how long it takes for Liam to start taking even more advantage of that than he already has.

Amazing chap. I always thought that buffy'd get a divorce or something before they did anything together but the taboo makes it that much more interseting. Not to mention original.

The monster seems like he's lost his leash-- should be an interesting rest of the summer. You do a great job of hinting at the kind of man Liam is when William pokes his head in and is glad her face is just tear-stained-- very well put.

Buffy's flirting was charming, but not harmless at all. She has William under her roof 24/7. He was already hyper aware of her, and the flirting has ramped that up even more. The dream was erotic, and now her guilt has caused a misstep with Liam.

You're doing a good job keeping Liam from being a complete jerk, so far. You're painting signs of past abuse (William checking for bruising?) in his marriages. I'm looking forward to the decisive event that gets Buffy and William together - I hope Liam blows it in a really big way!
