I like it! I think you're a good writer;) It's a great stand alone. Well...but I wouldn't mind if you continued the story=) I would definitelly read its continuation=)

Well done. A few technical errors, but nothing a beta wouldn't catch. You write in a poetic manner from Spike's thoughts...which probably ran true to form, at least some of the time. The last two lines said it all...really telling of their relationship.
This stands strong as a one shot, though I'm sure people are probably going to ask for more.
