Nope, no love for B/X here, the contrary when it comes to me.
Intense, but not happy. Spike simply used her. He didn't tell her that he has feelings for her so that's what she must think too.
And is isn't brave enough to act on what he feels. His reputation is more important for him. If he only knew what Buffy is going through he wouldn't think that less of her.
