wow you fooled me. I was so sure when you said in the last chapter they didn't find Angel's body, that he had faked his death & would apppear just at the wrong moment. Anyway kudos for a good story, not too long and not too sleazy and well written

Oh that's bad, Spike's father is ill. And now Spike will go back. No, sadly there are no guarantees in life. But it would make life to easy. Sometimes it wouldn't be bad if things were a bit easier. I'm glad Buffy decided to have a little faith in her love. What a fright (shock) for her to know that he was gone. But she is gonna get a flight now :)

I think that Buffy and Spike talking out their feelings is a long time coming and now they can move forward with life and not keep it at arms length. A wedding would be lovely especially since Buffy is close to Spike's family. What a wonderful surprise for Rupert to have Spike in love like he is. Great chapter!

Ok, great chapter, though your wording of when Buffy was waiting for him confused me a bit. For some reason, the first time I read it, I thought she was at the hospital in the waiting room, but then I reread that after they started making love on the rug... I was like "um, ok, I know they're eager and all, but can't they wait to get home?" Yeah, that was confusing. But besides that, excellent work and I've loved this story and can't wait for another from you! You're a very talented writer!
