What a way to end the night......

I am just glad that Buffy is getting a chance to see this side of Spike. And I am glad that Spike is not really trying to push her. He knows that he is going to have to take small steps to make sure things work between them. So can't wait for the next great chapter.

Mmmh-hmm Buffy is jealous, that's clear. *g* But she has Spike now, only for her.. she just doesn't know (and/or doesn't believe) that.
Good that the 'groupies' were not what Buffy thought they were. Instead she met 'normal' people. And then it got hot *g*

hehe I'm here and I LOVED this update, especially the last scene, I'm glad to see Buffy is less embarrassed with some stuff. Spike/Buffy/shower in the same sentence is always a good thing. Thanks for posting a new chapter!

i hope meeting the actual fans has convinced her that not all people are the same. You're going to have genuine music lovers out there. And Spike is loyal to a fault.

Of course Parker was a dick. had nothing to do with her. He's just one of those users. And honey, any guy that would break up with you over one night of "so-so sex" doesn't deserve to be pined after. It makes him a shallow jerk who isn't with women for the right reasons.

Oh, Spike chickened out? He did hide... nifty, Buffy able to open the door with the knife :) Useful talent.
And Spike didn't regret coming out and play. And did Buffy stop running from him? She didn't fight him back when Spike yanked her down. ~ And the lyrics fit very well :))

Author's Response: Yeah, she had to raise Dawn, so she's got some unique talents up her sleeve. I got pretty adept at opening doors with butter knives when my little bro would lock me out. Thanks, cordykitten, your reviews always rock!

I seem to be too similar and this one is a bit different.

Also, you mentioned the Seread here all the time and never comment, but you've forced me to. I'm really loving the story and I'm enjoying seeing Buffy and Spike in a unique situation. So many stories are so simial in plot and this one stands out as different.

Also, you mentioned the Second Street Bar? Are you a Reno girl? I myself have spent far too many evenings there listening to bad karaoke. Just curious....

Author's Response: Well, thanks for delurking to give me some feedback! And yes, I am a Reno girl...lol! I haven't been to it in a while, but I have some very fond memories of that bar. ::sigh:: I appreciate the comments on the originality of my plot and I have to agree that there are *so* many stories that have the same storyline. It's hard coming up with unique plotlines in a fandom that has 1000's of stories out there already. ~Jaesha
