Goodness, this is freaking fantastic!! I love the twist in using the Immortal as the cause to Buffy's condition. And great job in keeping Giles in character with his hate for Spike and Angel---def. love that. Can't wait to read the next chapter!!

Author's Response: I don't know whether the next chapter will be all that satisfying but I can guarantee definate Spuffy action soon. Thankyou for your review. I never considered Giles to be forgiving particularly not after his actions in 'Lies My Parents Told Me'

Always knew that the Immortal was bad news. If anyone can get through, it would be Spike. Boy could never stay away even if doing so would have been best for him. Please, update soon.

The new info about Buffy was interesting. I'm glad Willow forced Giles to call Spike. Can't wait to find out what happens next. Great chapter!

"What’s even more horrible is that despite the idea that I made him up, I still love him.

And he never believed me."--And isn't that just terribly gut wrenching. And I can't help but feel that if she did make him up, He really would have believed. Highly interested in where this goes. Great start.

Good to see Spike survived too. And Gunn... but it was too for Wesley.
Weird, that Angel's demon gets stronger. If that has something to do because he has given up?
I wonder where Buffy is (the town I mean) when Spike is still in L.A.; is she in Italy?
The watcher - I think it was Giles? - phoned Spike.. so what did she do?
Looking forward to find out.

Hmmm... Interesting stuff, something wonky is definitely going on. I can't wait to find out what happened to Buffy. I enjoyed reading about Spike's unlife after the battle. Fantastic chapter!
