Um? if they are cousin and all that wouldn't that make it incest? Family is family and incest is incest. I don't think that it matters if they arn't blood because thats like saying a girl getting it on with a brother in law ain't. Which it is classed as.

Author's Response: Ok...to set the record straight. In the United States it is not incest if the cousins are related by marriage. Which in this fic they are. I wrote a story about two brothers having relations and got NO questions about that. The same goes for Pagan Baby's The Sitter. If it's the fact that it's a girl and a boy, well folks, it's called fantasy, and liking boy/boy incest but not girl/boy is just hard for me to swallow. Again though in this story...they are related by MARRIAGE, NOT blood!!! Rupert is her step father. Sorry if it squicks people but alot of people are really liking it so I will continue. :)

I sincerely hope that Spike and Buffy are not 'blood' cousins, or if so they do not get involved romantically:( Cause I'd have a problem with that...but as it stand, it's a great start and you have my interested and I shall be reading it closely:)

Author's Response: Actually they're by marriage. Rupert is Buffy step dad. Ethan is his brother so no, this is just cousins by marriage. It's actually going to be part of the problem with buffy but not...if that makes a damn bit of sense. *grins* no worries Pari all is well in the Spuffyverse. ;)
