I REALLY hope they find out the truth soon. I really do. Poor Spike...he's so scared. I still kinda wish Angel killed Xander. Maybe later? Update soon please! I can't wait to see what happens next! Hopefully they'll catch Xander! He's a bastard that deserves to be tortured and dead.

okay.....at least buffy knows that someone hurt spike in her house and she's reluctantly willing to consider that that someone is xander. hope she puts the pieces together soon. loved it lots. please post soon.

What an exciting bunch of new chapters! You're doing a great job of keeping the suspense up. I really want to see Xander get what's coming to him soon, but then I fear that the story will be closer to an end, which would be kind of sad. Oh well, there's still lots to tell about Spike's recovery, even after Xander has been tarred and feathered, right? :)

Wow, great updates; I had a good three chapters waiting for me, which was lovely. I really hope Dawn pushes him to tell the truth, because Xander needs a serious beat down. And, for once...I'm inclined to agree with Angel. Sometimes, you need to take matters into your own hands.

Too bad Angel didn't have a lot of time to convince Xander to keep his fingers off of Spike. I fear he'll try it again.

That girl is incredibly intuitive! And I can't believe I'm saying this, but Woo-hoo Angel! Love the way Angel just gets a good dig in to Xander, and lets him know unequivocally that he has been found out. If only there were a way to convince Buffy~ Oh, I know, truth spell, just like they had planned to do to Spike in Season 4. Looking forward to more soon!

Most of the time I hate Angel, until someone can write him into a story without making him a whiny, jealous, broody.. dumbass! But, I've never loved him in a story more than yours, and I've never prayed that Angelus would make an appearance more in my life!

And contrary to my other review, I guess Buffy isn't stupid for not believing Angel. It just pisses me off that she's so blind to the faults of everyone except Spike. I mean no matter what, I'd be very suspicious of Xander all of a sudden becoming a caring buddy to Spike considering his reaction to the vampire in the past. Sure, Giles decided to up and help, but with Giles it's always been about worrying for the safety of his 'daughter' where with Xander it's always been very obvious petty jealousy.

The difference is so obvious I can't believe no one has picked up on it. My bets are on Dawn though, and have been since the beginning of the story. She's always been the one who cared the most about Spike, and the most intuitive when it comes to the rest of the gang. I just hope she figures it out soon enough. My promise to edit myself into the story to kick some ass still stands in the meantime. ;-)

Uh-oh... did Xander leave some sign in her room or something? YAY for Angel's kicking Xander's ass, that was quite enjoyable. :) And he should totally tell Buffy about the cave thing!!!! Except Xander'd say something like "Oh I went to check it out blah blah blah," even though we all totally know he wouldn't care that much. :) Can't wait for another chapter, you have no idea how happy I was to see that you'd updated.

PLEASE tell them Spike. Tell them it was Xander! You're better off telling them! I was actually rooting for Angelus to come out just so he could torture and kill Xander. Not the best thing in the world to wish, but I REALLY want Xander to get what he deserves which is torture and death! Update soon please! I hope Spike tells. I really hope he does. Does Dawn know? Maybe she saw something? I hope he tells!

Ooooh, Dawn might know the truth. Poor Spike, he's recovering so well, but still doesn't have the capacity to know that hiding it won't make it better. Love Angel in this one.
