I just finished reading the first two chapters and I really got a positive feeling from this story. The set-up seems interesting and full of potential for many different story lines. So far you haven't given away much about the plot - loving the mystery!

I'm really looking forward to finding out why William acted so embarrased about painting a nude. That seemed a little strange since he is an artist and as such I'd expect him to have a wide knowledge of art. I really don't know how nudity is perceived in the British culture. Is this kind of attitude typical for Brits? Or is William just a very shy and easily embarrased man? I don't expect you to answer these questions, I'll be fine just finding out as the story continues. ;) Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed the talk Buffy had with herself, and I loved reading about the Riley dumpage. Can't wait to find out how Buffy's interview goes. Great chapter!

I think it's a good idea that Buffy broke it off with Riley before going on to do the new job. Not just because I prefer Buffy with Spike/William, but I think it'll be easier on Buffy to have one less thing to worry about. She'll be facing this with a clean slate.

Good chapter, looking forward to seeing how Buffy deals with the other candidates. =)
