Whew! Brat you put out another one. I don't know how you go through these emotional rides but I do enjoy them even if I have to peak at a few chapters and take a few breaks. I really enjoyed the chapter of Hank's funeral. Very well done.

Awww... What a lovely ending! I'm sad to see this one end too. I loved the journey you took on through these two characters, it was quite a ride and I enjoyed every minute of it... the angsty parts only made the ending sweeter. Fantastic story and nice job!!! :D

No, this can't be the end. I won't allow it, missy. You so lied when you said there was like 20 chapters left. You got my hopes up and everything...lol! Okay, it was a very cute ending and I'm sad to see this one go. I know there will be more greatness to come from you. I love that it ended with a proposal and a pregnancy. If you ever consider doing a sequel, you know I would be all for it, but no pressure. Amazing story, babe=)

Sorry for the lack of reviewing I've been a busy bee and just finally caught up on the story. I really really love where it is going and actually where it as gone, the issues are real and not superficial and you deal with them in a real way not just a kiss and its all better way.

So they had fun meeting Giles again, catching up with him. Like an old friend that he is.
And after what Judith gave Buffy? Like a gift from her father? I first thought what an idiot he had been. Wasted all the precious time he had and not seeing her, talking to Buffy, punishing himself. That way he had hurt her a lot. I'm sorry for her. Maybe Hank should have seem a counselor too. But it's too late anyway. ~ Till next chapter!

The way you have written the "closure" for Buffy in regards to her dad over the last two chapters was very well done and even evoked a few tears. You have really done a phenomenal job of wrting Buffy's character - from the way she reacted and felt with the trauma in her life, to the things she did to perserve and become a stronger person, and finally to have something happen at this juncture of her life to smooth over the heartache she's felt for so long. This is truly a testament to your ability to think through and articulate your narrative. Well Done!

wow you can't even imagine how close I felt to Buffy in this chapter! My father died two years ago and I hadn't seen him in 7 years except for a couple of times. I felt the exact same things, the way you described these feelings is amazing, thank you!

I had to play catch up with five or six entertaining chapters. Hank's death was a big surprise, and you did an excellent job developing a sense of closure over the past two chapters. Buffy's forgiveness felt like a natural progression, and her father's note was an emotion filled payoff. You're writing the journey through therapy toward a healthy relationship very well, and the snappy banter keeps the story flowing and light even when Spike and Buffy are discussing deep subjects.

This feels like the characters have well and truly turned a corner. I'm looking forward to how you wrap the story up.

I loved Buffy's interaction with everyone in this chapter. *reaches for a tissue* The closing scene between Buffy and Judith was so beautifully poignant, I'm glad Hank left Buffy the note. Can't wait to find out what happens next. Fantastic update!
