Interesting, i'm glad that Buffy stood up to her father and got the better of him. I get the feeling you willn't be keeping Joyce around for much longer (please tell me i'm wrong), and i hope Buffy will become closer to Spike when she goes but the angst of Dawn will be very upsetting in the incoming chapters. I like how Buffy stoped planning to leave Spike and now she has said she has deep feelings for him. Keep up the excitent work. And I can't wait for the next chapter.

I gotta say, the plot is very well thought of... This story doesn't only focus on Buffy and Spike, but has an actual story about all the people that revolve around them... Nice

That was heart wrecking, to have to be used like an animal. I really like the couple Clem/Faith in this story and still think that Buffy and Wm will have the opportunity to stand with the couple against Dru and Angel. It might be what each couple will need to close the doors of heartache and abuse for themselves.

Author's Response: Thanks Mag-rose. When I wrote the chapter about Faith I tried to make it sympathetic even though I did not like her on the show much. These types of events happened all the time in that time period. When I did my research I knew I would have to bring it in somewhere just to show the injustice of Regency Britain. Women were little better than cattle, the men treated their horses better. It took me a while to write and it upset me a bit but the chapter is intregal to the rest of the story. Thanks for taking the time to read and review

awwww...they're together ^^. i think buffy's being smart tho, not telling him. it has a bit of angst thrown in with all the fluffyness which is exactly how i like it THANK YOU

Buffy give in a little bit? Come on!!!! she have ana sex!!!!!!! I love the story but im dissapointed in the way Buffy give in, so easily. He scream another woman name in the heat of the moment!!! I believe that william is very self absorbed and he confused sex with love. Still he doesnt understand that Drusilla never love him.

Although i absolutely love your story, i can't help but doubt Spike's sudden change of feelings towards the biatch dru. it happened overnight. Literally. I mean he was with her for a decade! I wanna see him hate that bitch with a vengeance and beg buffy's forgiveness till she caves. But lets not forget to add in some caveman possesive spike of course. My fav!!
