So they both think that they will fight (and that Spike is the one to die) And Spike came clean about his calling to his friends. I wonder if the thought of dying helped him to tell the truth. Ah.. Buffy defended Spike against Willow to be hers; even if it was only in the way of 'killing'. Yet she didn't do it (at last not now). Second chance later? At last they'll fight again, that's seems to be sure.

Author's Response: Thanks. I really enjoy Vamp Buffy stories, but most of them only have role reversals for Spike and Buffy. I thought it would be interesting to try and switch almost everything. As you can see, I didn't switch Giles to evil. I just couldn't do it. Anyway, I have some research to do on this story before the next post, so I can't really say when the next update will be. Hopefully soon, I love writting it. As far as Breathless, it seems that it is moving faster than LC in my head. I should have an update on it by the weekend. Don't worry though, I won't drop either story. I hate it when someone gets you hooked on a fic then stops writting it. Drives me mad! Thanks again!

Author's Response: Hey cordykitten! I had contemplated having Spike tell Giles all about it, but in the end I thought him hiding the truth would leave an opening for a nice twist later in the story. However, I haven't quite figured out what that twist will be! LoL! Anyways, also wanted to let you know that due to work. I will start training a new dispatcher tonight and will alternate days so hopefully I will atleast be able to write on my non training day! Thanks as always for reviewing!
