This has to be one of the best Spuffy stories I've ever read. The characters and dialouge are so realistic, as is the story-line. Please keep writing, this story is fabulous :)

I started following this fic about a year and a half ago and it is probably my all time favorite fanfiction. I love the way you have intwined the fic with canon and made it fit perfectly. I think it's brilliant.

I think that was the best spuffy story I've ever read! It was almost impossible for me to stop reading, I even skipped two days of school. I absolutely love it! It's made me laugh, cry smile and a million things more. No story has ever affected me this way before so I can only hope that you'll continue this!

Wow....

I've read the whole entire 66 chapters in 2 days. My eyes are sore and swollen, but it was so worth it. I've read a few long fan fictions now and never finished them, as i get bored with them half way through... But with this i just wanted more and more. I feel kind of deflated now, i feel like i did watching the last episode of Buffy...i hope we don't have to wait to long for the next chapter, i don't know if i will be able to handle it. :) Thank You.

It was lovely to see an update of this wonderful story, and what a stunning chapter it is. The tumult of emotions coursing through Buffy was a wonder to read, and I was surprised and delighted at her lack of self delusion. The fault for Dawn's injury lies at both her and Spike's door, whether he's willing to admit it or not.

The picture you painted of this dejected vampire waiting for the killing blow was heart hurting and in character. His self worth is thin, and now he's sitting in the dark waiting to be turned away forever. Buffy actually knowing the right words to break through was en emotionally satisfying surprise. Her stupid vampire made a mistake, but he's still hers. I have hope that together they'll be able to make more right decisions than wrong ones. That's what people do in a marriage.

Thanks for the update, it's always wonderful to see more of this rich, emotional world.

Well, then. That is quite a statement. I loved Xander trying to help her figure it out without being anything even remotely like Spike's cheerleader and not giving Buffy any outright permission. Poor beaten down Spike. Buffy is certainly trying something new, I just wonder what exactly it is... Very powerful chapter. Always so exciting when you update. Looking forward to the next.

Oh my gosh...as usual you just bring the story up a notch! My heart was breaking up until the last bit and then something out of the blue.."ask me." I'm going to enjoy the moment, before it can come undone again. Love the story. It's always so bitter sweet. Great job!

I've been waiting for this chapter forever! (well it seems like that) Such a great story. You walked a fine line with that last bit, I was so unsure of which way Buffy was going to go. Great writing.

The ending was really unexpected! I almost gave up that Buffy would give Spike another chance. Never though she would! If she didnt, i would stop reading this story because frankly im getting tired of all the bashing that Spike got from her and from everyone else in this fiction. Dont want to continue reading something that is sooo depressing.

Thank you for saving Spike in the end. It was very dramatic the way you wrote it. Incredible!
