Yay!! Writers block is over. I'll drink to that!!!

But i have a feeling that Buffy playing pretend is not that much of a good thing. She did this in season 6 and look how that turned out. She'll feel better for a little while and the moment will pass and she'll be stuck with confusion...on top of confusion....and probably literally on top of Spike.
Hopefully Spike won't let her run away from him at what they did together, but i have a feeling she will go all alley scene from Dead Things and he'll have no choice to let her go.
The moment she smiled at him when she was kissing him in the crypt had to make some sort of progress in her mind that she still can see the man he was is still inside Spike. I just want her to realize that William isn't completely gone...that Spike in a way couldn't let that man go even if he wanted to...because William's love for Elizabeth.

Author's Response: It's not pushy at all. I'm really sorry for the delay in updates. I had a touch of writer's block for a few weeks, but thankfully it's over now. My new chapter is finished and with my beta, so it should be ready to post very shortly. :-)

I'm looking forward to the pregnancy test. I'm looking forward to more story, whatever the little blue line says. Will Buffy get over herself anytime soon?

Hey, I read your entire story...it is absolutely perfect. Apart from amazing grammar and spelling, along with excellent literary techniques, there's still so much more. The storyline is one of the very best I've ever had the privilage of reading. The plot makes you think and ponder, and it had me on the edge of my seat wondering what's happening next. It also appeals to all your emotions, parts such as Spike's emotional outburst (in modern Sunnydale) tugging at my heart and bringing tears to my eyes. I would like to congratulate you on you're amazing writing skills and creative (and addictive) storyline. And thank you for sharing such a delightful story with readers like me. I'm waiting for you're next chapter. =]

I really have taken a liking to Dawn and especially Dawn and Spike's relationship. In the show I sometimes found Dawn abrasive but you are definately showing the great parts of her character while using her to show us Buffy's flaws. Great foils for eachother.

Especially Dawn storming out in Ch.45 was reminiscent of the scene with Buffy and her mother at the end of Season 2.
