Yay, a new chapter now, and I get to read it in here. I just love whenever I see an update for this story, it makes me all giddy. I love protective William. I wonder if Buffy will ever tell him the truth about when she's from. It would definitely explain a lot. You truly have an amazing gift for writing. I so wasn't expecting that to be a dream. Can't wait for more=)

A truely romantic story with writing that sort of wraps you up in its vines. In a way it makes me remember that movie (Somewhere in Time) from the 80's . It really was a beautiful place in time and I think you capture it perfectly.

I keep thinking poor Anne tomorrow morning between Elizabeths attack and now William being beat up. He's not going to be able to hide his face from his mother she will know something happened. Sure she has T.B. but I don't think she will fall for the ice story either but who knows lol.

Yes a guy should never fight but there is something dreamy about a boy defending a girls honor and being mortal and non-Spike yet without demon strength makes it all the more better.
I think it was sweeter still when Elizabeth was shocked over William saying he would kill those men and then her caring for him and their conversation during that. It really shows their feeling towards one another and the relationship they now have.
I do think though when William is turned he will lash out at all of those who said wrongful things about Buffy cause I sort of get the vibe her returning to her time and him getting turned will be around the same time. I could see him lashing out over her disappearance and laying blame and then trying to turn Anne as the one last person he has in his life er...unlife.
I thought it was cool how in the second half you showed the inner battle William is having with himself trying to hold back his sensuality from Elizabeth and the shame he feels over these feelings and he is questioning himself some of Elizabeth's behavior. He knows on the one hand he did those things because of her love for him but at the same time with so many people calling her things what has transpired between them is now eating at him and I think if it comes up he will hurt her more with this then anything else and she will head straight to the streets to Slay.

I hope things work out ok with your personal life and your able to write again when you can.
