Poor William he thinks Buffy was using him as a means to meet other people and men and I felt so bad for him reading Buffy just wanted to go to the ball for a chance to meet more entertaining people and get away from him. It's weird in this page you get to see how much Will is like Spike where he's is always fighting back on his true feelings and how in becoming Spike sometime down the line in a way it's freeing for him. You almost want him to be turned just so he finds some peace. If that makes any sense.

I love this story so much. It's written really good and you have definitely made William sound like William. I don't see any Spike qualities in him. I cant wait to see if Buffy get's pulled back into the future against her will... Anyways it's really good. Please continue!

I am sick on a Friday and reading this made me feel so much better I have to thank you. I dont ever review unless the fic is that good and this fic is that good.

I was reading this and the dance part where they crash into each other made me think of my favorite Spike/Buffy fan video with Dave Matthews Band song Crash Into Me and I had to go watch it lol
I LoVe this story and your writing it gives you goose bumps reading it cause all of the people you can relate to and the way you write the emotions is perfect. My friend and I are both reading this and she emailed me with a stat a new chappie was posted so I had to run to my puter to see and it was so worth it.

Author's Response: lol. 'Crash into Me' is one of my favorite songs but I never connected it to Spuffy before although now that you mention it it is a perfect song for them. I'll definitely have to search out that video you mentioned. Thanks so much for taking the time to review. :)

Ah William had a few moments of jealouscy and Buffy noticed sorry but I had a Squeeeee* moment there and I wanted to cry for him when he ran from the room. Buffy go find him! I just hope Asher doesn't follow.
This fic just keeps getting better and better just when I think nothing can top the last update a new one comes along and does I keep trying to guess what will happen next and that is great fic telling.

Oh horrors of embarrassing horrors for William having this happen in front of Elizabeth! This was probably the main reason he was dragging his feet on even going to this thing. For to be so exposed in front of the one person whose opinion you might care most about and worse yet in from of a member of your household staff. Not that I think he thinks of her that way but just the mortification I feel so badly for him right now and having to at some point face Elizabeth again. Once more I'm addicted to this story and if it were a book I could not put it down I cant believe you have only written one story on this site for your talent for writing on Whedon-verse is just so good.

This Charles guy is on my offical (Dudes to beat up list) there is something so mean about him I fear he will show up at the house now or something worse. That guy has (Vampire Snack) written all over him. I get the feeling we have not seen the last of him. Bravo Buffy in smacking that guy!
