Didn't think I'd ever dislike Spike but you've made it happen. He is still in school so I can't really say "grow up" but he needs to grow up! He really can't have his cake and eat it. Yeah well, I hope Dru cheats on him, and soon. Maybe then he can know what he's putting Buffy through, poor thing (Buffy, not Spike, lol).

Oh shit, I didnīt think it could get much worse, but it continuously does. The problem is, if you compare the situations, it adds up like this: he wanted and had Buffy, yet he cheats on her, though she is faithful, now he wants and has Dru, and he doesnīt plan on cheating on her, which means, his feelings for Buffy are less intense then for Dru, which makes me wonder, why bother? What is the point in getting Spike and Buffy together somehow if he didnīt fall for her at all? Also, staring at Buffy while Dru sleeps right beside him and he decides to have a relationship with Dru? Completely evil, he really doesnīt care at all. You will have to work really hard on this to get me to believe that he comes to care for Buffy, somehow. I intensely dislike this Spike!!!!

Spike is still a dick and I hope he gets what coming to him. I just really pray that Buffy will be strong and say no to him. I don't mind her being meek, because in her situation, I wouldn't react much differently. But she needs to be strong when he/if Spike comes to her again. Thank you so much for updating so quickly.

I think now would be a good time for Buffy to let Spike know that he's an asshole who doesn't deserve to be with her in any way.
I do hope she finds some strength in herself to give up on him - at least for the time being !

You know, this story is so hard to read, but so hard to ignore, too. I only say that because I always find it difficult to read stories with Spike or Buffy with others, especially in scenarios like that. However, I'm seriously enjoying your writing, and good God, the angst! The angst! Painfully good.

oh spike is such an ass and i hope buffy makes him miserable for the next few chapters. the thing about situations like this one is..when you care about someone (no matter how much of an ass they are to you) it's hard to see them as anything but perfect. buffy may want to get over spike but i think it's gonna be harder than she thinks, epspecially if he doesn't care. okay...rambling. loved it soooo much. more please. i feel buffy's pain.

Aww...that's so sad...I hope Buffy is finally able to say no to Spike. I hope she's able to slap him in the face or something...he deserves to be castrated, but I think a slap or good punch would do.
