I don't read a lot of AUs; I prefer to stick with what I know. lol, but this is fantastic. I absolutely love bad ass Spike. Struggling with his feelings over Buffy, rather than it just being Buffy who is in denial. The anticipation of their coming together made the moment so much more intense.

If you would believe it, the BANG, actually had me jumping. lol

Would it be obvious to say, I can't wait for the next chapter? ;)

I guess Spike wanted to demonstrate what a blitz is. Google defines it as "a swift and violent military offensive with intensive bombardment": it applies pretty well, doesn’t it??
This chapter was so hot, and well written too. The details you give make the story come alive. I especially liked “There were three noises echoing off the walls…”.
Poor Buffy, though. She must be sooooo confused right now. Can’t wait to see what happens next…

Excellent build up to the white hot sex. I could see it coming a mile away, but you made the initial fight entertaining and Spike's physical reaction to Buffy's ranting was delightful. Buffy grabbing her "fat" ass was a jaw dropper. The encounter was erotic and an excellent payoff to all the UST. I can't wait to read their reactions to this, especially now they're going to be separated for a while.
