So good to see you updating :)
Lovely morning :) Even if the topic of Willow almost killed the mood for the two. But Buffy is right to call Giles.
Then you had me worried what Willow saw. Glad it is solved now. I hope Willow won't try something foolish now (because I don't trust her).

Okay, this chapter just left me with a deep desire to slap the crap out of Willow. So, like her to think the worst when she doesn't even know all the facts. Good for Xander for finding his usual levity with the situation, Dawn for believing in him & Buffy for giving him the benefit of the doubt & seeing that, yet again, he was trying to do something good for her & "the bit". Have to say, not looking forward to Willow's magical spontaneous combustion. Giles to the rescue! Great chapter! Really enjoyed it.

Willow is a fool; she thinks she has totally control over her 'weak' part but she doesn't. She should acknowledge that she needs a better training.

I kind of love emotionally vulnerable Buffy. She just makes me feel for her so much when she says stuff like "was I not good?" or "you don't want to be with me?" I love when she said "I-I thought we were...seeing if this could work? Do you not want to?" Its about time that Spike saw this my-heart-is-open-to-you Buffy. She really was quite young and all of the guys she has been with were more experienced. She didn't know what to do. Nor should she at such a tender time.

Buffy was eager to 'trust' / believe her old sidekick (Willow) without second thought. I'm glad she noticed how wrong (silly) this is in her case. And that she won't underestimate the Trio.

Loved it!! So glad that you had Buffy realize so many things in this chapter---especially the ender with Willow---and I'm even happier about Xander confessing Spike's help with his decision. There really are so many things that Buffy's still unaware of, and I'm loving every second while she's learning them. Can't wait for more!!
