Wow! Superfine story!. I just started this today and, as frequently happens, I wish there was already more...Thanks for a really engaging story. I can really sense the confusion Buffy (actually, everyone) is feeling. Like the pace you are establishing here. Keep up the good work. I'll be hoping for fast and frequent updates.

Your story is promising. Just right now i cant think where is it leading to. I cant read what Buffy or Spike wants. Maybe in the next chapter i will be able to see some clues.

I'm very much liking the Spike/Buffy dialogue; it just has a really nice "feel" to it, like Buffy wants to have that enormous impact she had on Spike before but she fears he's moved on. I'm glad we've gotten caught up on a few notable people. Another interesting aspect of this story is how few people Buffy knows, because most of them have died in the time she was away. I'm loving the Jesse ogling and the "way to go, Dad!" look; great start for the character. :) Any Angel on the horizon?

Nice start. I don't think I've read something this far in the future that wasn't a one-shot, so I'm very intrigued by this story. I liked how Spike got what Buffy was saying; I can definitely see a connection there.

The Spike/Buffy scene was good, especially the hand part and how Buffy's somewhat unsure of herself. It's like they're in opposites roles from before, since this is more of his world than hers now. Opened up a lot of nice plots with the Xander dialogue, too. Great job.
