I like it already. They are both so cute. Especially Spike with his "not ready" too talk to her yet thing. And Dawn is his twin sister? I've never seen her as his twin before. Can't wait for more.

Oh these too.. but back to the start. Sorry to see Buffy suffering. Even school (or especially school) can be like hell if you don't fit.
Having money doesn't make happy. Spike is a good example for it. He's so shy (it's cute).
I wonder what it needs for these two to get together ;-)

Great work, especially the imagery with Spike's nervousness and obsession. Nice twists with Dawn as Spike's sister and Xander as Spike's best friend; that's not really atypical, at least from what I've read, and adds to the story. Thanks for writing! :D

I like it - very cute. Can't wait to read more. So Xander likes Dawn? interesting.... not quite sure how I feel about that...not totally against it...but still...lol. But interesting idea. You could sway me.

Author's Response: Yeah, I'm still trying to sway myself...lol! I'm honestly not feeling Dawn and Xander together. It's a bit weird for me, but I figured since they're both the same age here it wouldn't be as bad. It's also something that I've never done before. Thanks for reading=)

I love the start of this one :)
So Spike did notice Buffy after all but she doesn't know it, thinks the contrary. And she doesn't have an easy home. She draws him? I wonder if he'll notice the drawings one day by accident.

Why are you depressed about your writing, Tammy? Because from what I read here you have absolutely nothing to worry about. The story has been laid out well, and they way you describe how they both feel is just lovely. The readers know there will be a happy ending - cos, hey, why do we read Spuffy. It's the journey and the discovery of passion that's important and you write that so well.
Be true to yourself, sweetheart. Write because it gives you pleasure. As an author myself I understand how much we feed on the reviews and the praise from the readership, even if sometimes it can be negative.
Keep writing the story, honey. It will be great
