This is so hot and sexy and fun, it's difficult to reconcile that this spell is supposed to be some sort of punishment! The idea that Buffy is imbued with the spirit of Ripper is delightful, and she really is acting on her baser carnal instincts, but in a "good" way! This is going to kill Giles when he finds out the results of this revenge...

i guess i'm the only one that doesn't really care for buffy acting like this. i don't know why since she's actually giving him a chance, but i worry about what will happen when she's thinking clearly again. probably blame spike for taking advantage of her. i guess i'll just have to wait and see.

Oooohhh... I'm hooked! Just read both chapters and I'm so anxious to see where you're headed with this. I'm loving 'insane' Buffy, and you have captured the dynamics of the Scoobies so well. (It seems like I've been reading exclusively AU stuff for so long that it almost shocked me to realize how much I've missed the Buffyverse. But then anything you write, I enjoy wholeheartedly.)

By the way, my favorite part was "She may be the one under a spell, but he was enchanted. " It's just a reminder to me that despite all the craziness of their relationship, he lubs her!!
