Spike showing up at Buffy's all dressed up as William was deliciously duplicitous and charming. The forbidden nature of all the naughty touching made it even steamier, and I'm glad you didn't have then go "all the way." I really enjoyed the two of them in their bubble universe and enjoyed the distilled version of their "coming out." You did an excellent job keeping this light but emotionally fulfilling. I just want to take this story and hug the stuffing out of it for making me grin so hard! Thanks for the wonderful read.

The build up of emotions and sexual tension is deftly paced and believable. I'm loving this crass Spike, just grabbing what he wants, but not grabbing to hard or too much at a time. Buffy's in context reactions to him are delightful, even as they're frustrating.

The hints that Spike isn't all he appears - in advanced classes, driving a new, expensive car, adhering to Buffy's wishes - seem to be lost on Buffy, but it makes sense in this era that Spike's appearance would define him. This is really delightful.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this. I'm adding it to my favorites and I'm planning to reread it every night for a month. This story was unbelievably sweet, and panties-wetting hot, and pretty much absolutely perfect. I loved how fresh and original your language was as you described Buffy's sensations, which made sense because it's all so new to her. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this story...please write lots more!

I -really- enjoyed this. The voices sounded like the characters, and I'm a sucker for a good highschool fic. If you ever decide to write a sequel, I definitely wont be complaining ;).
