Heartbreaking, seeing Dawn and Spike so devastated. Yet they find solace in the other's mourning.
Tara seems to be the only one that has second thoughts. Willow doesn't hear.. she'll do it. ~ I love the first chapter; looking forward to more.

Excellent beginning. I love Spike and Dawn's friendship and Tara trying to be the voice of reason. I'm looking forward to more!

Willow and Xander need a good ass kicking.

I always felt for Dawn during that time. I mean she loss her mother and sister the same year. That would be tough on anyone let alone a teen girl who is having trouble finding out who really is. My heart broke for her. And Spike was the only one who cared about her what she going through. Shame on the rest who didn't take the time to look after her.

Author's Response: I agree I loved the Spawn friendship. I always found it touching and it broke my heart when Joss tore it apart in seaons 6&7
