Bad.. Riley is out for revenge. Spike should better remember that (have guessed that) and be careful.
So that's Buffy's secret. Two people can see the same thing so totally different (Buffy thinking of herself as whore, Spike thinking of her as his girlfriend). He's very supportive but Buffy isn't able to believe him yet (that she loves him.) Sounds like a visit to Sunnydale soon.

Does Buffy really hate Spike or just what he makes her do because she seems to have no problem with becoming engaged to him and although she maintains he uses her as his whore, she lets him. Still I loved it and can't wait for the next update - soon PLEASE.

Their relationship is so odd. Buffy's feelings change all the time. Spike doesn't know how to handle the changes so they end up hurting each other again. She didn't even seem to mind his fiancee comment. They're hot together of course. Can't wait for more!

Wow, I wasn't expecting her to hate him like that, what a surprise. No wonder you picked that song for her to sing. Is the letter one from a relative, did she have a child she needs to support, is that why she stays with him? You really had me fooled, I honestly thought she was thinking about Angel. I did expect him to walk into the room, not Spike. They seem to have a different way of looking at their situation, but that's typical for a man. A cage is a cage, even if it's a gilded one. I hope you do continue this, I know I want to see what turns her love around and the secret that she holds.
