The whole idea is really nice, but your story isn't very believeable.

It has promise, but forgive me if I am wrong but she is only four and a half months pregnant but hasn't seen spike in 4 months 3 weeks which is more so I feel a Jerry Springer moment coming on cos he can't be the father and she would have had to be a couple of weeks along-at the least-before she found out and its unlikely she would show at 4 & half months. Did you mean 5 & half months?

you need another beta. You still have extreme grammatical issues, with both use of words and tenses. Half this chapter is in the present tense (s) and half is in the past tense (ed). And, you have serious issues with

Too, To
Their, They're and There
Look them up. Learn them. Use them correctly.
Also, some parts of your story are too British, like the doctor's surgery. We call that a doctor's office in the US. Also, a lounge is a living room, and mum is mom... Americanisms for American characters in America...
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I am not going to get into an argument with you but my Beta is from Australia and I am pretty sure that some of the words are different! At least you know what they mean! I will look into getting a grammer beta but I am very happy with the way my story is!
