Nice fantasy outfit although a little mature for 16! While I'm strangely fascinated with this upside down world you've created, I'm a little bit confused. I get that there is some kind of vampire/human alliance, but I don't get why it seems as though vampires are running the country. Mandatory blood donations from 16 year olds? Vampire news? Spike has a reality show? Then there's this whole hunting down the slayer as if she actually intends to try to slay vamps? I guess I just don't understand how in a world that readily accepts and feeds vamps they can't accept that just because a teenage girl is the slayer doesn't mean she wants to be or plans on acting like it. Don't misunderstand, I really like this story! It's very original, and I'm excited to see what's in store for our favorite twosome. I'm just a little confused and it makes it easier to focus on this great storyline as it unfolds if I don't have to spend time thinking about it. However, if you just haven't got to those parts in the story then I'm more than happy to wait!

Honestly, I wasn't going to read this because I wasn't too pumped about the plot, but then I got bored. Thank goodness for boredom! This is one of the most original ideas I've read in a while. I'm thrilled, absolutely thrilled! : )

Interesting universe with the reversed roles... sounds like an interesting read. :) I guess tomorrow will be the day when Buffy becomes the slayer, making it the worst day of her life?
