Whoa, nice revelation/cliffhanger thing you've got going on here! Can't wait to find out the story behind that one! Just started reading and almost wish you would have written the Spike kidnapping Dawn scene b/c I'm sure it would've been hilarious. Hoping Buffy can realize she trusts Spike more than she thinks so she can actually be real with him.

Author's Response: Thanks for a great review! I didn't consider writing the kidnap scene as I was in Buffy POV, but there may be some elaboration at some point.

I wonder if Giles will make it possible for Buffy to go shopping before they leave :)
But having the Council's men there? That doesn't look good.

Great beginning! So maybe this Buffy and Spike can skip the awful, painful, and ugly relationship that we saw on Season 6? Not that a little angst isn't fun :-).

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Not sure I can be quite as dark as season 6 as I keep inserting fluff. But there will be some angst.
