Spike didn’t say anything.

“Fine,” she huffed again.

Although their banter is obviously banter it's very cute and I can tell that there is major chemistry going on.
Glad Buffy wasn't an uber b*tch and Spike wasn't an extreme a$$hole.
Good job on characterization.
Update soon, this is becoming one of my favorite stories.

I love this story- it is so fun and a nice twist to the vamp Spike normal girl Buffy storie out there.

I definitely like it. I like that you didn't make them hate each other right away. Those type of stories tend to get boring after 5, and its pointless to see who can be the bigger bitch within the first five minutes of being in the same room.

Lots of things can be entailed.

"“Ugh. I feel awful. I need a bubbly bath to recharge my Buffy battery.”
I especially thought this line was cute.
