Wheww - even tho Joyce hasn't made up her mind about Spike, it's good to see she isn't freaked out by it. And how cute was S&B's conversation over the 'moving in' and 'boyfriend' deal? I liked Spike's 'take' on it - not trying to label things but just going with it. Hmmmm, blindfolded fun and training - sounds like a good mix to me - *grins*. The chappy was FAB, boo!!! Sorry I couldn't review `til now - was out of town for the thanksgiving week to see my family. Can't wait for the next update. Hugs.

Loved the mother/daughter talk (and Buffy trying to make Spike look good).
So sweet (thoughtful) to get a new comforter.
And it really doesn't matter how they call it as far as they are happy, being together.

Poor Joyce, her daughter's life is incredibly complicated and by the time she wraps her mind around one extraordinary thing, another steps up to take its place. It must be exhausting.
I loved Buffy getting completely spun about moving in. it was so girly and cute. This gave me a big smile: She paused for a moment. “Even saying boyfriend sounds weird.” She tested it again. “‘Boyfriend. My boyfriend.’ I don’t think I like it.”
“Why not?”
“Because you’re so much more than that.” These two are in so deep, the moving in part doesn't seem like something to wig out about at all.
Author's Response: Yes, Joyce just gets over one piece of news and there's another waiting for her. Such is being the Slayer's mother, LOL. I'm glad you liked Buffy getting freaked out about whether she was moving in or not. I think that happens a lot in real life, no matter how deep a couple is, deciding certain things can still seem like a big step. Thanks for reviewing!

Yeah! Great update! Each time you put a new chapter on I go back a few chapters and read through just to get the feel of the story again. Just wanted to complement you on how smoothly the chapters flow and the interaction between the characters seems uncontrived. Great fun to read.

Felt Joyce would be ok with Spike.. even with the vampire thing although I don't think she would approve of the Slayer Blood Deal..
