Emotional chapter... I liked it very much. the domesticity and gentleness of their time together, as well as the background of violence was very well portrayed.

And the scene at the end... just beautiful.

Wonderful chapter. Very intimate without even reallybeing sexual. Love the connection that being reestablished between them. So tangible you can almost touch it.

*sighs* Not only in a picture. They must be together *reverts to a 4 yr old, pouts and stomps foot* There are is so much feeling between them... please get rid of all hurdles (and silly, poofy, big-foreheaded vamps) and get them together!

Author's Response: *no tantrums! go stand in the corner* :) Poofy, big-headed hurdles will remain for a bit longer, but some other hurdles will be taken care of soon... I do like the last line of this chapter, since he can literally only see himself and Buffy in a picture, but it also gives a feeling of them together in the future or not. Thanks for reviewing!

OMG, hon - this chapter was a boat load of hilarious. Call me silly, but I REALLY got a huge-ass chuckle outta the whole girl's night thing. I'm with Buffy when she just started lol - hee hee. And then you took us for one HELLUVA tender moment there. I could feel the emotions just pour off the page. They are both soooooooooooooo screwed and in love - squeeeeee!!! OMG, THAT WAS THE CUTEST THINGS EVER!! i LOVE this story and am so happy that u updated. im so glad that they had night to just hang out and get closer, the picture seen was one of the most original and sweetest things ever. i really hope that they get together and admit that theyre perfect for one another. also i hope that everything works out and that they end up happy. The girly stuff was fun; later it was just sweet.
Loved the scene at the end when they talked, Spike spoke about almost loosing her.

And again I use the word beautiful. Spike seemed so - serene is the only word that I can come up with. Absolutely loved it - still! Sorry to be so repetative.

Awww....they really need more pics together. I'm sure Spike will not mind redecorating his apartment with cheery things as long as its pics of them..or just her.

Update soon. Love all the scenes with them together. I really thought they would go all the way again near the end, hmmm...guess you're just waiting for a certain moment.

Nothing like having your own Vampire Stylist...

I use to study chemistry with a guy in college... just friends... had this thing of washing your hair... So it was hair wash first and then study.. braniac chemist but had a fetish for the hair. married a friend of mine. LOL

Nice relaxing everning at home... and of course "us"..
and the kiss...

Appropriate title for this chapter. I adored all the unspoken messages in this, it gives it that feel that they've not only made up, but that they've moved forward by a couple steps. Go Willow for putting out a good word for Spike. Can't wait for more sweety - hugs.

That was a truly beautiful chapter. It's not all about sex but that they are getting closer - in every way. Realising what they have and what they could lose. Although when Willow says that Spike would do anything for Buffy the "anything" that Buffy wants is not killing people and she doesn't have that assurance. Just keeps getting better and better - loved it.

This is getting more beautiful and more... real by the chapter. The way the feelings progress, the way they drift closer, both still afraid that it won't last, makes this story one of the best I've read.
