Thought so, with Angelus around Dru wouldn't want to leave him. Could get bad for her. What Spike thought about the children They could take his advice or not. It wasn't his problem. same goes for Dru. I think she won't take his advice.

Yeah, maybe Buffy won't like Spike stealing blood. But she would like him killing even less. It's the lesser evil.
So Joyce knows now both that Spike is there as of their history. She took it well. That good, I feared she would be against it.

Well, I figured Buffy has enough going on without Joyce being all over her about who she dated / is dating. And Joyce liked Spike well enough. Stealing blood huh? Nope, probably wouldn't make Buffy very happy, but at least he's not out killing. DUal edge sword there. And Buffy discovers he killed those vmaps for her? Hmm, wonder what she really thinks of that - gotta mean something. Love that Spike is training her so hard, that speaks volumes in itself. Joyce was fabulous and so understanding in this chapter - thank God, lol. Wonderful chapter sweety, looking forward to more.

Author's Response: No, Buffy will not be very happy about the stealing blood thing. But as Spike will (annoyingly, to her) point out, she never said he couldn't. As for what Buffy thinks of Spike killing the vampires, she really won't think much of it until later. After all, it was only vampires, and she killed the other ones. It won't be until she puts together some other things that he did (and will do) that she'll really think about it. Though by then his feelings will already be "out." Glad you liked Joyce, I figured Buffy had enough going on without a disapproving mother to deal with as well. Thanks for reviewing!

*sigh* I love this story. I think it's your interpretations of the the characters and the relationships between them that really get to me. They are just so full and well rounded.

Jyce is great, I liked the last dialgue.

"It also occurred to him that Buffy wouldn’t like him taking blood from the hospital. Buffy would have to deal." lol, he was buggered either way, I see.

“Why/what about Slayer irritates you so bloody much?” I think you might have a tiny mistake here.

‘It’s raining. I took an umbrella.’ That's my favourite sentence in this chapter.

Like how you are bringing in all the various characters. Really liked the prior chapter when you had Spike contemplating his unexpected dedication to all things Buffy. I have to admit that I'm a very Spuffy centric fic reader and enjoy your chapters that deal with them and their interaction best, but I also appreciate that you are rounding out the fic with other characters and subplots. Makes for a completely enjoyable fic. Good job!
