Author's Response: Oh, that's because I haven't put that one up yet. :) (BitO is the original unrevised first chapter of "Heart Don't Lie", which IS there -- first chapter and all. I'm putting that up just for the people who liked the original.) That should be the only missing story. Glad you found C&B!
