This has got to be one of the best chapters for now at least. It amazingly well written and I know it's difficult to see the work you've done from the reader's point of view but you have got to understand that this almost made me cry for all the pain Spike must have felt, and then the end... Wow. I've never seen something as intense as that!
So, if I forgot to tell you - you rock, love it! please update soon, I'm dying to know... :)

I'm just loving how intuitive Buffy is in relation to Spike. Her Yes and No questions seemed like the perfect way to get him to open up a little. And absolutely loved the kiss - so tender and perfect. Can't wait for more!! : )

I'm glad to see that Spike is finally opening to Buffy a bit, and even if he won't tell her what happened to him. he's getting that maybe she does like him and won't leave him when she finds out about his past. Awesome update, can't wait for the next!

God bless Buffy for not giving in to Spike's sudden desire to push her away! I love how strong she is and she's going to need to keep being that way for Spike. Really hate Dru for making things worse for him and having no concern for her own child!

Good for Spike to tell who Dru was (lying doesn't help either when he doesn't know if she won't tell). Maybe it is getting easier for him to talk. *reads on* No, it's not easier for him. But maybe things will get a bit easier when he knows Buffy won't be leaving him (easily).

Poor Spike. My heart aches for him.

This story is just wonderful. The pain that Spike must be going through is terrible. It is sad that people can damage and hurt little kids like that. I think you are doing a great job on writing Spike. He seems to be exactly like someone who has grew up with abuse and rape.

I hope he trust Buffy enough for him to talk to her. He needs it.

More please.

Really good chapter are you sure you're struggling with your writing? Buffy has made herself perfectly clear now so the ball's in Spike's court. Please let him tell her. She will understand. She's a lovely, caring, understanding Buffy. I so look forward to your updates. Loved it.

Great chapter...............longer next time please......I know I feel horrible asking but pretty please........I wait and wait for an update..........oh well go at your own pace..........love the interaction between buffy and spike also very concerned about Dru, crazy bat that she is, waiting and wishing for the next.
