The way you did Lorne's murder was kinda what I expected. I also believe Buffy's idea that Spike is trying to turn around. I'm kinda excited about another chapter... :)

Wow! Great chapter. Poor Lorne. (Couldn't it have been Lindsey, or a "Mary Sue" who bought the farm?)
I think Spike has made a deal with the Feds... might even be on to Buffy. Possibly his partial stripping during their indiscretion might've been to establish an alibi for those few minutes---and Spike might even be wearing a wire (I don't even want to think where since he took his shirt off...)
You have me hooked, so write more ASAP

OK so things are not looking so good for the Spike's not that bad scenario BUT (notice the big but) if he's undercover - say - then he would have to be playing a part too. My glass is always half empty but I don't want it to be in this instance. Buffy will never accept Spike if he's bad to the bone and this is Spuffy and they have to be together. I'm am so looking forward to more and if it could be as quick I would be eternally grateful. Love love love it.
